OUR POLICY REGARDING PAYMENT :
(DELIVERY, RETURNS/ ONLINE PURCHASE PAYMENT etc POLICY)
Customers/users are welcome to our www.slgsutiyatea.com, an online shopping portal of Slg Suriya Tea , a brand name being run and operated by Slg Suriya Developers LLP, (hereinafter termed “ SSDL”) retailed tea packet/pouch etc products. Our terms and conditions along with the our Privacy Policy and Agreement shall regulate our relationship with regard to the use of www.slgsutiyatea.com. Hence, you must read this Agreement carefully before entering into a transaction on www.slgsutiyatea.com. On accepting this agreement, it becomes a legally binding agreement between you and SSDL (for shopping on www.slgsutiyatea.com ).
Definitions:
www.slgsutiyatea.com. or the “Site” means the online shopping portal owned and operated by SSDL, which provides a platform to the customers/users/shoppers to buy our products listed on the site.
"Customer" / "Users" shall mean the person or any legal entity who accepts the offer for sale on site by placing an order for and or purchases any products offered for sale on our site.
Term
It is to be note that this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and shall be effective for so long as you are using the site including occasional necessary changes/amendments.
Termination
Either User/ You or PMIPL may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. However, PMIPL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the products and services offered on the site or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
SSDL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions/privacy polict/ agreement contained on the Site without any prior notification to you. You must be well aware to read it in time and remain updated. In case the modified/amended Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you are always at liberty to discontinue using the site. Also, when you continue to use the site, you agree to accept and abide by the modified Terms and Conditions.
Product Pricing
SSDL reserve the right to cancel any order for our product(s) in case a transaction has been made which was not in conformity with our listed price in the Site. Though in the rare event that happens, we are obliged to give a full refund of all such amount received from the you/customer. Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
Stock situations of our products :
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the buyer. However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and you shall be given the option to either exchange for other products or cancel the order at your sole discretion.
Payment Options
We use payment gateway for transactions with our customers/users and you are provided with multi mode/ways of paying options.
Security
Credit card and Debit card information is not stored or taken by us. This information is used directly by the payment gateway provided, who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated/ attached with.
Shipment of Products
Normally, we start despatching all our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. Presently, we deliver the products only within India using our logistic partners/courier associates like Blue Dart, Speed Post etc. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 5 to 7 working days to deliver the product to the customer door along with proper/correct Address and nearest milestone.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance. SSDL shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
